This page explains how information is used by the site’s account, property discovery, and AI features.
Information you provide
When you create an account, update your profile, or use interactive features, the information you submit is processed to provide those features. Avoid including sensitive personal or financial information in AI conversations.
Browser storage
The site uses browser storage to remember saved properties, property comparisons, and recently viewed listings. Session information supports signed-in features. You can clear site data through your browser settings; doing so may remove preferences or sign you out.
AI conversations
Messages and voice input you submit to AI features are processed to generate responses. Conversation records may be available to authorised administrators for service management. Only share information you are comfortable submitting to the service.
External services and contacts
External websites, property tours, and agent or agency services may handle information under their own privacy practices. Review their privacy information before providing personal details or using those services.
Managing your information
Use Account settings to review and update the profile information available there. You can remove saved properties and clear browser site data to remove locally stored property selections and browsing history.
